In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your order, please return the product in the original packaging and re-saleable condition within 14 days. You can arrange this yourself or if you contact us, we can arrange this for you at an additional charge.

Once the item has been returned and approved you will get your refund. The refund will only be issued to the original card used in the payment transaction. We will try to process the refund within 14 working days and will communicate with you via email.
